Happy customers.

I have been a customer of Pennine Cycles for about a year. The help and support I have received from Paul is the reason I have developed my cycling ability and knowledge to my current level. Paul willingly shares his extensive knowledge of bikes and cycling. This has helped me to really enjoy cycling and the benefits it gives you. He is always willing to listen to questions I have and has even taken time to show me some of the basic maintenance skills required to maintain a bike. He does this in a way that helps you to acquire these skills and maintain safety at all times. He took time in setting my new bike up so I would get the most out of cycling. I have spoken to many people about bikes and cycling and would always suggest that if someone needed advice support that they speak with Paul
I have known Paul for over 35 years, and I first met him at Pennine Cycles shop (before he became the owner!). We have ridden many miles together and I have always valued his opinion and insight in all things cycling
Ever since he became owner he has provided me with an excellent service and advice which is second to none. He listens and then provides you with the most appropriate item (be it a bike, spares, clothing or anything else that you need). He would never sell you anything which he would not highly recommend and which he had not “tested” personally – even going as far as not selling you something which he knows is not right for you the customer.
I have never come across any other retailer with such a passion for his business and even though I now live and work 150miles from Paul’s shop I still buy all my bike stuff from him. A 300-mile round trip is a small inconvenience for such trustworthy service and advice.

Dear Sandra

On behalf of all the Wonky Donkey’s I’d like to express my thanks to you and Pennine Cycles for supporting us in our charity ride.

We’ve received excellent customer service and it’s refreshing to see a husband and wife team working so well, together. You both clearly love cycling and that comes over in everything you do in the shop.

We have raised over £6,500 to be split between The Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, Martin House Hospice and Jacqui’s Million

Thank you once again, you’re a star.

This time last year I was training to cycle from Lands End to John O’Groats, which was a very nerve wrecking and challenging journey. I visited Pennine Cycles and was greeted by Paul and Sandra Corcoran. Paul first serviced my bike, and it came out like a brand new machine! His mechanical skills are second to none. I then visited him once a week throughout the summer, where he helped to calm my nerves down and give me some very helpful advice. Everything he advised me that would happen, did. He also helped me understand what kit to wear and what I needed to eat and drink throughout my journey. Paul texted me most days with encouraging and motivating words, to get me through each challenge of the day. Paul and Sandra alike are very helpful and professional people and their help through that time will stay with me for the rest of my life.
Thank you for being you,
