Fix Your Bike Voucher Scheme

Free £50 Fix Your Bike Government Voucher Scheme*

The scheme

We are official partners with the Department for Transport to support the Fix Your Bike Government Voucher Scheme. Through this scheme, residents in England are able to apply for a free bike repair voucher to take £50 off your total repair bill.  This repair is to be used to help get your bike back into working order and out on the road again.

The Government is making millions of pounds’ worth of vouchers available, starting with 50000 in the first round which will be available from 11.45pm on Tuesday 28th July 2020.  Don’t miss this opportunity to get your bike repaired, improve your fitness, enhance your commute and reduce air pollution.

Redeeming your voucher

To redeem your Fix Your Bike Government Voucher, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1 - Book your bike in with us by emailing info@penninecycles.com,  calling 01274 881030 or contact us here.
  • Step 2 - Bring your bike, Government voucher which you can apply for hereand approved form of identification. We’ll validate your Government voucher and undertake a free bike assessment, to identify any repairs or maintenance needed.
  • Step 3 - Approve the repairs and apply your voucher. We will talk you through the repairs required and how you can put your voucher towards the the cost of getting your bike back on the road. We’ll then order any parts required to fix your bike.  We also may ask for a deposit which will be used towards your repair (or refunded if the total cost is under £50).
  • Step 4 - Collect your bike and the £50 will be deducted from the total bill.
