Pennine Cycles Shipping Policy

At Pennine Cycles, we’re proud to serve our cycling community both in-store and online. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery – £4.10 flat rate on most items. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a similar courier service.

• Free Local Pickup – Available from our shop in Bradford. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

• Collection-Only Items – Some larger products, including bikes and frames, are available for collection only from our Bradford store. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Processing Times

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days within the UK.

• Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods (such as Christmas or sales).

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

Click & Collect

• Local pickup is free of charge from our Bradford store.

• You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.

• Please bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting.
